Our hands on workshops are designed to give attendees a wide range of direct experience in evaluating all aspects of coffee character. From green bean, roast development, grinding and brewing parameters and more our workshops give attendees direct hands on experience at every step. These special four day classes are built on years of experience in training several hundreds of people in developing essential coffee knowledge and skill. Each class is limited to not more than 10 students each, to create the maximum of positive group interaction and hands on coaching.
